ISS Facility Services is lid van Tent Partnership for Refugees en heeft in 2023 in dat kader een commitment afgegeven om in drie jaar tijd in Europa 1000 vluchtelingen aan te nemen (waarvan 25 in Nederland). ISS heeft toegezegd daarbij te investeren in training, upskilling en ontwikkeling van medewerkers met een vluchtelingenachtergrond.
